Since we have done a great effort in reducing our carbon footprint and we are now paperless. Every invoice we issue is attached to the order dispatch email and returns are now processed online
For return outside our region, you need to pay for your return. All the dues are calculated on our website, though it may vary as per the weight of the parcel you are returning and the return service you select. All you have to do is to repack your items and select your return method, you might need your order reference and email address or postcode. Once your order has been refunded you will receive an email that can take up to 5 working days to show in your account
The standard return policy takes 28 days for online order however, the returnable items should be in resalable condition, unworn with the tags attached. Otherwise, your return is unacceptable

- We will process your refund for returned item as soon as your returned parcel has arrived our distribution center. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 3-5 working days to credit in your account
- All refunds are issued in the same payment method as your original payment.
